Board of DirectorsDavid C.Y. Huang David Huang is the producer and host of "World Today", a weekly Chinese community program on Cable TV Montgomery county, Maryland. The show has been airing since 1990. Mr. Huang previously served as News Director, North American Television in
California. This was the first Chinese Satellite broadcasting network to
cover North America. Mr. Huang also worked as an International Broadcaster
for the Voice of America for twenty years and was News Director for National
Education TV Network in Taipei, Taiwan.
Austin Chin Ha Kim, Ph.D. Dr. Kim was born in Mokpó, Republic of Korea and educated at Yonse University in Korea and Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Kim has served as secretary to the Minister of Transportation Department, Korea, Second Secretary of International Relations Bureau of Foreign Affairs, Korea, Asian Bureau of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Government of Japan, Office of Health and Environmental Assessment, United States EPA (Department of Research and Development), and is Vice President of the Korean-American Senior Citizen's Association of Maryland. Helene Sze McCarthy Ms. McCarthy was born in Haiphong, her family moved to Saigon after the French partitioned Vietnam. Helene moved to the Washington D.C. area in 1971 and continued her career as a painter. She has had one-woman shows at a number of area universities and galleries and in other cities, as well as an exhibition in Taipei as part of a cultural exchange program. She has exhibited and demonstrated at the Smithsonian and continues to teach in the Montgomery County, Maryland, continuing education program. President Vice-President |
